Eleanor Vallee, author, actress, model and legendary hostess, widow of Rudy Vallee, has had an extraordinary life.

Always on the forefront of events, with people who make history and are the captains of today, she is blessed with contagious energy and unsatiable curiosity about life and people.

In her book "My Vagabond Lover" she writes about her life with Rudy Vallee, the first heartthrob idol of America, with honesty, humor and entertaining glee. From the very beginning their story reads like a fairy tale and takes us through an era of glamour, exuberance and creativity.

Her show consists of singing a song through the megaphone, a 20-minute talk, sharing stories of her life with Rudy Vallee, including such anecdotes as Elvis Presley and Rudy arguing over who had the better voice, having a few drinks too many with Johnny Carson and doing push-ups with Jack La Lanne, showing of one of three video tapes for 32-minutes and a question and answer period.

She will also share stories about Jane Russell, Jean Craine, Elvis Presley, Jack La Lanne, Gary Cooper, Cary Grant, Johnny Carson, Merv Griffin, Jack Webb, Roy Rogers, Tyrone Power, Richard Nixon, JFK, Sen. Goldwater among others.

Mrs. Vallee has been a guest on Johnny Carson Show, Merv Griffin, Sheila Graham's "Girl Talk", Jack LaLanne, Saturday Night Live and is currently hosting her own show on cable with Fil Perell called "VIP".

She has appeared in the following movies: "Gentlemen Marry Brunettes", "Marilyn" and "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying". In legitimate theater played the roles of: Countess de Lagee in "The Women", had Lee Remick's role in "Tribute" and a comedy role of a school girl in "Jenny Kissed Me" with Rudy Vallee.
She is a member of SAG and AFTRA.

Her commercial appearances range from Prudential Life Insurance, American Tourist Luggage, Coffee Time, to Trifari Jewelry, among others. She was a spokeswoman for Metropolitan Life and a secretary in a commercial for Met Life with Charles Nelson Riley. She has been a commentator for fashion shows and other functions. She has modeled for I. Magnin, Mr. John Hats, Mr. Blackwell, Joseph Magnin and others.

Mrs. Vallee is very active in charitable and social organizations in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. She is on the Board of Directors of Muscular Dystrophy Association, past and current President of Operation Children, Life Member of Mary and Joseph League and was selected "Women of the Year" in 1996, Life Member of Motion Picture Home-Screen Smart Set, Lifelighters, Footlighters, Los Angeles Child Guidedness and Les Dames de Champagne, and two social clubs: The Crown Jewels and The Impossibles.
